Bounjor,

I just completed another quiz for french, I think I did better on this one than the last one.
College is defiantly a lot harder then high school. I study all the time here yet continue to only do a little above marginal...(80's). I think now that I've been able to see how the french quizzes and the history quizzes are set up that I'll I begin to adapt to them.
That really sucks about the cat. I seriously wanted one to name hurricane
I got your package yesterday. I defiantly have enough tissues to last a year. Ha. I love the white shirt with the lace. Its sooo...cute. The black dress/thing is cute, but It's not flattering on me at all.
My room mate and I are going to try and sign up for an Alternative Fall break. Its from the 10th-12th of October. We pay $50.00. The trip is to NYC. We will fly there on Friday and return Sunday night. Saturday morning we are going to be working in a food bank for the homeless, then Sunday morning we're are serving breakfast to them. It should be very fun and educational. After we work in the mornings we're free to roam the city. For only $50.00 its a really great deal. 2 1/2 days in the city 2 night, air fair, plus room and board. We're staying at a hostel. hinewyork.org Only 9 students are going to be able to go and sign ups start at 8am on Monday. So my roomie and I are going to get up super early to be in line first.
I hope we get to go.
It would probably be a more productive and valuable trip to NYC then the fashion trip that's in November (which costs 2x more.)
This afternoon my friends and I are going to "discover Norfolk" we are going to go to that Navy ship that's downtown, and see if  students can get in free at the aquarium that's attached. (students get in free to the zoo, so we thought we'd test our luck). Then tonight there is a soccer double header (Men's and Women's teams) so I'm going to try and support the teams with my fellow Monarch Maniacs.
Tomorrow I'm going to spend the night at CNU with Afton and see what her school is like.  (Boo...who.... CNU) ha. That's the ODU cheer for CNU. :)
yeah weekend!!!!!!
