collegiate report

This weekend I was so busy. Friday night as you know we took a trip to the beach. Then Saturday morning some strange feeling made us college students decide to get up before 9am and go to James town. It looked like it was going to be a nasty rainy day, but as soon as we crossed the bridge and entered Hampton the rain cleared and it was nice and sunny. We adventured in historic Jamestown and then we shopped around Williamsburg. I didn't buy anything except a new pair of tan moccasins. I was prepared to simply come back to campus and go to a basketball game, but then my friend Josh (from VCU) called me and told me about a special secret concert that was going on at William and Mary. The singer Jens Lekman (Swedish) is one of Aftons favorite artists so we called her and picked her and her new boyfriend up. It was a really long day and a great night. Sunday I slept in until around noon. It again was a beautiful day, so I went to the garden on campus and studied outside. Around 3pm my good friend Julius called me, and we played tennis. We played for nearly 3 hours! (The longest I've played in along time) I am defiantly out of shape...my body is pretty sore right now.  OH! On Friday when we went to the beach I got my room mate and I two Hermit crabs (to put in the tank that we gave her for her b-day!) Their names are Demetri and Hermes. I'll post a picture of them soon, until then here are some pictures from Jamestown.
